I have been a patient of Dr. Grayson's for a few years now. In my opinion, she is the best dentist I have ever visited. She provides superior customer service, as does the rest of her staff. You have the option to watch TV as you are getting your cleaning done, and even though I still can't say I look forward going to the dentist, this is as pleasant an experience as you'll ever get. In addition, anytime I have needed services besides a cleaning (fillings, night guard, etc), I have received a detailed statement in advance so I will know exactly how much I will owe on the day of treatment.

Patient Review 2:
I recently had my dental bridge done in Dr.Grayson's office. I am happy with it, though it's kind of expensive for a student. Dr.Grayson is very friendly and explains things clearly. The only thing I am not happy with is that their accounting seems a little confusing. I received wrong bills twice and had to call them to correct. Other than that, I am happy with their service and would recommend to those who need dental care.

This "boutique" dentistry, though not around long, has the best in care, customer service and follow up. Dr. Grayson-Murray was very thorough in making sure that I was well taken care of, both with my dental needs and also the quality of service from her employees! I highly recommend her.

I recently went to Dr. Grayson because I finally decided to do something about my recently declining oral health. I have a serious fear of the dentist, and because of my fear, I had not been in for a teeth cleaning for about 4 years. But the staff at her office were so warm, friendly, and patient with all my questions and insurance information. I really felt at ease and was so excited to find everyone in her office was really genuine about their concern and care for my teeth. After my x-rays, the dentist told me dental implants will be the best option for two broken and previously infected teeth I wanted her to correct. She took the time to explain the details of the procedure in a very laid back and understandable way that I really respected. I now am planning on having implants put in and I am happy I finally did something about my dental health and that I was able to find such a wonderful dentist and wonderful dental staff... It really eases my anxiety about the whole procedure and now I am counting down the days until I get my "new smile"... I would recommend her to anyone, especially anyone who maybe anxious or scared of the dentist because she really helped me overcome my fears in a compassionate and professional way.

Dr Grayson provides excellent customer service. I contacted Dr Grayson through Dr. Oggle. automated system, i filled out my information and was contacted by her very next day. I am a student so she also offered me student discount. I really recommend her. Excellent customer service and very helpfull.

Dr. Grayson is very professional and really gentle. Her staff is equally nice and the office is always clean and sanitary. The only downside is that Dr. Grayson is the one who does the cleanings, not a dental hygenist, so you may be waiting awhile if she's behind schedule. Overall, she's one of the best!

Dr. Grayson has a great "bedside manner." She walks you through all of the procedures which helps relieve some of the anxiety of being at the dentist. Her office is very nice and relaxing as well as modern. I would recommend Dr. Grayson for adults and children.

Dr. Grayson is the best. She does it all! From the initial check up to the actual cleaning. The best. After visiting several dentists in Atlanta that were into scare tactics and upselling, I am glad I found her! Very convienent in the heart of Buckhead as well!
