Case Description
My mouth is in terrible shape. I had weight loss surgery 5 years ago and now I have broken teeth because of the large fillings and mineral deficiences. Last year I suffered through a deep scaling and found I need the following: Tooth #9 revision of root canal, tooth 28 and 14 extracted. I would really like a fixed bridge after having the work done. I would like the extraction completed first. I think I have some infection going on.....I'm in pain sometimes. I need something affordable. I have CIGNA Group ID 10090636. I would like to do something soon.

I would be happy to meet with you and review your options. It can start with a consultation. Cigna has many plans just like Ford has many cars. The staff will have to call your insurance company to get details. Hope you have lost a lot of weight.
